Facilities and resources
At Chullora Public School, our learning spaces, tools and wellbeing supports are designed to help every student feel safe, engaged and ready to learn. Our facilities reflect our commitment to high expectations, positive behaviour, inclusion and social–emotional development, ensuring students have the right environment to succeed.
Our school facilities
We provide a range of supportive and engaging learning environments that help students stay focused, feel confident and enjoy every part of their school day. Our facilities and spaces reflect our whole-school commitment to safety, respect, cooperation and responsibility, and may include:
- Bright, structured classrooms where routines, expectations and positive behaviour systems (such as PBL matrices and visual cues) are clearly displayed to support learning.
- Quiet and calming spaces used in trauma-informed practice, where students can regulate, reflect and return to learning.
- Dedicated areas for restorative conversations, reflection, and the WOWW program, supporting self-regulation and problem solving.
- Safe playground areas supported by clear behaviour expectations, active supervision and targeted programs like the Playground Plan.
- Learning and Support Team spaces for personalised learning discussions, intervention support and meetings with students and families.
- Access to allied health support areas, where speech and occupational therapy services can occur for identified students.
- Spaces for whole-school wellbeing initiatives, assemblies, PBL celebrations and recognition of student achievement.
Resources and technology
Our school uses a wide range of tools, resources and evidence-based practices to support positive behaviour, wellbeing and academic growth. These include:
- Visual prompts, posters and cues that reinforce expectations and help students understand routines, emotions and self-management.
- PBL resources, including behaviour matrices, reflection sheets, award systems and tracking tools, used consistently across the school.
- Digital tools and communication platforms such as Class Dojo, used to stay connected with families and strengthen communication.
- Online safety resources, including materials from the eSafety Commissioner and cyberbullying prevention tools.
- Data-informed learning support, where behaviour and wellbeing tools help teachers plan targeted interventions and monitor progress.
As a NSW public school, we also access a wide range of statewide digital tools, secure learning platforms and departmental programs that enhance student learning, wellbeing and engagement.
